I called and made a booking. I received an automated text message the day before my appointment confirming the time and date of the booking. I rocked up 5 mins before my appointment time and the 'closed' sign was up with a 'be back soon' sign. I waited until 10 mins into my appointment time and left.
I eventually was able to get through to Tennielle about an hour later. She was very apologetic when I told her that my appointment was missed. She said that it was not recorded in the book and that I was down for the following week.. however I must admit I'm a little bit skeptical about that considering I had received a confirmation text message with the correct time and date. Also the date that I had chosen was specifically surrounding when someone could look after my baby. Anyways I was offered another appointment but told Tennielle that unfortunately this whole experience was a bit off putting and that I would look into getting my haircut elsewhere.
I just wanted to let them know that an appointment was missed. Tennielle was very apologetic so I can't throw shade on her customer service.
