    I purchased what was advertised as a pair of HR Premier [widgets] through eBay however when I opened the box, they were not a pair; one didn't even work and for the one which didn't work, the bracket was wrong! (and the brackets weren't shown in the images).

    Mistakes happen I get that, so I called them to enquire about what my options were to rectify the problem, only to be asked (quite rudely) *twice*, "do ya' know what ya' talkin' about mate?"

    Well yeah I kinda do. Suffice to say that after a call and an email, no one's contacted me back.

    At the end of the day I've paid good coin for two random standard [widgets] (which are as common as muck), one of which didn't work and they've shown no interest in preserving their reputation despite repeated attempts on my part.

    Seriously uncool. Avoid at all costs.
